Background
The municipality of Katrineholm in Sweden had a need of a jetting unit. They also had a used dairy tank and the idea of re-building it into a jetting machine. After considering the objectives, they put the project in our hands.

The decision was made to mount the dairy tank on a roller platform for a flexible use of the chassis. A dairy tank is supplied with different compartments which we at AquaTeq decided to make the most off. The compartment in front was rebuilt to fit the high pressure pump, giving a dry, sound and heat isolating environment. The mounting of the high pressure pump was made on a flexible, out-draw able stand to simplify service and maintenance. The power was taken directly from the chassis as well as air and electrical power.

In the rear compartment the hose reel was mounted together with the electrical operating panel. A hydraulic arm was mounted underneath for easy operation of the sewer cleaning hose. The unit could of course be operated through a radio control system.
